The pipeline fills up. A big project lands at the same time as three smaller ones. Your designers are already stretched, and hiring someone full-time for a busy patch is a risk you’d rather not take.
Freelancers can help, but the ones you find quickly are often the ones you have to manage closely. You end up redoing work at 11pm the night before a presentation.
Extra capacity should take work off your plate, not add to it.
You don’t need another freelancer. You need one you can rely on.
I’ve been designing websites for more than 20 years. I’ve worked as the behind-the-scenes designer for agencies who needed someone who reads a brief properly, matches their style and delivers without being chased.
You stay the face of the project. I’m the extra pair of hands nobody else needs to know about.
Your clients are your clients. Always.
This is the part that matters most, so here it is in plain terms:
NDA as standard. I’ll sign yours, or provide a mutual one before we share anything.
No contact with your clients. I won’t approach, pitch to or work directly with your clients, during our work together or after it. That’s in writing.
Your name on the work. Files, presentations and handovers carry your branding. Mine doesn’t appear anywhere.
Secure handling. Files stay in your systems (Figma, Drive, Slack) wherever possible, and access is removed when the project ends.
No portfolio use. I never show agency work publicly unless you give written permission.
Full sites, landing pages and new templates, in Figma, ready for your developers.
Design and build from start to finish, handed over to you or your client.
Journeys, forms, checkouts and account areas, plus UX audits you can present as your own.
Logos, identities and brand guidelines that work alongside your creative direction.
Component libraries that keep a client’s work consistent across projects.
Templates and campaign designs.
